Corran Farmhouse is set in open countryside on a working farm, 1½ miles from Mevagissey. Adjoining the farm are the beautiful 'Lost Gardens of Heligan', a series of gardens within a garden and large estate which have been restored to their Victorian splendour after 'going to sleep' for the last 70 years! The internationally famous Eden Project - the largest greenhouses in the world - is just a 25 minute drive from our farmhouse. We are ideally situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall and close by there are many beautiful beaches, walks, coast paths and a cycle trail. There is a good choice of pubs and restaurants locally. Corran farmhouse has been tastefully renovated and furnished. Our guests have their own open-beamed lounge with colour television and cosy log fires for any chilly evenings. We also have wireless broadband so if you bring your own laptop, you'll be able to access the internet!. We have 3 en suite, centrally heated, rooms each provided with a beverage tray, hairdryer and colour television with DVD recorder - a selection of DVDs is available for our guests to use. There's also a CD Clock-Radio and many other thoughful little extras. We offer a choice of delicious breakfast using local produce where possible, mostly from our own Farm Shop. Breakfast menus are placed in your rooms - plenty of time to decide! Many of our guests like to take a walk down to our ponds, enjoying the tranquil surroundings and the wild-life, or visit our Farm Shop, stocked with a large selection of Cornish goodies and local produce. An especially warm Cornish welcome awaits you at Corran Farm with a complimentary Cornish clotted cream tea on arrival ! We hope that you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.
